I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel here and I had a fantastic experience. The location was great, just a short walk away from the downtown area, where all the excitement happens. The hotel had a beautiful backyard and breakfast area, which added to the overall atmosphere. The best part was that it was situated on a quiet street, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff, especially Murad, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious and could easily accommodate four people, making it ideal for families.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Located Close to Downtown: the location of the hotel was quite convenient as it was just a few minutes walk from the heart of the city. This made it easy for us to enjoy the local cuisine, visit the shops and pubs in the area. Great Breakfast Options: We loved the breakfast spread that was offered at the hotel. the food was tasty, and there were so many options to choose from. Unexpected Perks: the hotel room was spacious and could comfortably accommodate four people. We got more than expected for our money, and this was a pleasant surprise.

Poor Customer Service: Unfortunately, the rude attitude of the hotel manager ruined our experience. He overcharged us and changed our currency without our consent.

During my Christmas break, I had a fantastic time at a cozy hotel with a brilliant garden and yummy breakfast. The hotel's location made it possible to experience the town's exciting activities and fall back to some solitude at the hotel. The room had ample space, and the sofa bed was quite comfortable.

One staff member, probably the manager, was rude and dishonest. He charged using an inappropriate exchange rate and was hostile when challenged.
